Please follow the instructions below to renew your permit or to report a lost, stolen or damaged permit.

RENEW YOUR PARKING PERMIT ON-LINE
Are you a permanent parking permit holder? You can easily renew your parking permit online.
TO RENEW ONLINE
There are four steps to sign in to your account online and renew your permit on the SPARC BC Customer Self-Service Portal.
- Provide your Customer ID Number (on your wallet card or receipt).
- Provide your Birthdate (day/month/year).
- Provide the last four digits of your Phone Number.
- Follow the instructions for renewal and pay the $31 processing fee.

Once you have completed the on-line renewal process, your permit will be sent to you by mail. Your new permit will be valid for 3 years.
TO RENEW YOUR TEMPORARY PERMIT
As a temporary permit holder, you must have your doctor complete an updated Parking Permit Application Form.
RENEWING YOUR PERMANENT PERMIT
If you prefer, you can also apply for your renewal by downloading, completing and returning the Parking Permit Renewal Form.
