Trouble Downloading?
- Use the "Save" operation, rather than "Open". This will save the file directly to your computer and you will be able to open it from there.
- Ensure that you have an updated copy of Adobe Reader
- If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or earlier, upgrade to Internet Explorer 8
