Project Diversity

Welcome to the Project Diversity web page. Here you will find resources related to Project Diversity, a project facilitated by SPARC BC from January to June, 2010.

Project Diversity provided train-the-trainer sessions for people who wanted to lead a workshop that would educate others on how to help create welcoming and inclusive communities and workplaces.

See below for details of the workshop which is intended to provide an overview of issues such as diversity, inclusion and anti-racism and support the development of personal and organizational plans for identifying and addressing inclusion issues.

Train-the-Trainer participants included a cross-section of people from community organizations, immigrant services agencies and other organizations at the front lines of building diversity and inclusion in British Columbia. The training program participants have contributed immeasurably to the development of these materials.
