Welcome to SPARC BC
SPARC BC knows that communities are just and healthy when people have equitable access to places, knowledge, services, adequate incomes, and community decision-making processes. That is why SPARC BC is passionate about working with people on income security, accessibility, and community development; and on the connections between them.
As an independent, non-partisan, registered charity working with BC communities for 43 years, we are an excellent source of knowledge and expertise, and proudly operate the Parking Permit Program for People with Disabilities. If you are in search of community-based research, consulting services, or practical resources and workshops, then SPARC BC can help you.
From a systems level, to the grass roots, we are working for positive change!
How to Find SPARC BC's Office

4445 Norfolk Street, Burnaby, BC V5G 0A7. We are located on the ground level of an office building that also displays the address of 4400 Dominion.
Regency Medical Supplies faces us from across the street on Norfolk. Our entrance is located directly across the plaza and there is a blue accessible parking meter space just out front for your use.
By Car off of Highway 1, take Willingdon exit
Pull into the Chevron gas station on the north-west corner of the intersection of Willingdon Ave. & Canada Way. Our building is behind the Chevron.

Go through the driveway at the back that leads to Norfolk Street, right in front of our building.
Our building is the first building on your right hand side, and our office is located on the ground floor in the far west corner of the building facing the street.
From intersection at Canada Way, cross to Chevron station and walk through the back driveway leading to a cul-de-sac, you will now be on Norfolk. You will see the parking garage of the office building and to your left, the courtyard of the office building.
