Administration

The administration members of the SPARC BC team are the backbone of our organization. They provide continual and excellent support to everyone at SPARC BC.

Alla Timofeyeva

Executive Assistant - Alla joined SPARC BC in 2007 as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and SPARC BC Management. Alla plays an integral role in co-ordinating and organizing communications with the SPARC BC Board of Directors. Alla has a Bachelors degree in Linguistics from Karaganda State University from her native country Kazakhstan and enjoys spending time being active outdoors with her husband, son and little daughter.

Gillian Tong

Accounting Assistant - Gillian started as a volunteer helping with CDI in 2000. She joined SPARC BC in 2001 and has worked here for almost 7 years. Gillian loves cooking, music and fishing. She is thinking of volunteering at BCSPCA because she loves animals.
